Halloween Parade 2021


Since I was a child, I loved Halloween and Día de Muertos. This is one of the reasons I love the Sims: I can create the worlds that I imagined in my childhood, and play with the characters that I met in books, movies, etc.

I want to believe that there are many players who enjoy supernatural gameplay in the sims.

Do you celebrate Halloween or/and Día de Muertos in your game?

-Although the Spooky Stuff Pack is old (and not the most popular) it is still one of my favorites: not only the wooden walls and floors are unique, it provides one of the exclusive activities for ghosts thanks to the Pumpking Carving Station <3

-Did you know that after more than 3 years of being broken, the cowplants dance again? (OMG, I waited years for the devs to fix one of my beloved features :| )

-One of my fav lots to celebrate Halloween in my save is my Pumpkin Spice Café. In RL I think that Pumpkin Spice is one of the best flavors in the world <3

    This was mostly coincidence, but one of my fav current sims--the daughter of Lilith Vatore & a vampire sim I made--aged up to a young adult a couple days ago, which seems very festive for the season! I had her birthday celebration at the Von Haunt Estate, with the resident ghots making an appearance, & also some of the guests were spellcasters as well as vampires, so it was quite a spooky affair all in all, if somewhat chaotic lol.

    @EnkiSchmidt Oh those Villareal >:) I play a few premades, but the Villareal are a most! Awesome picture! In my game Jacques died long, long time ago :'(

    @FanPhoria your second picture is beautiful! <3 <3 I love that other simmers play the game as I play it. Sometimes I feel that they are not enought occult players :s

    Omg @Puddinroy thanks for sharing that Sims 3 photo!!! It makes me nostalgic: I enjoy that game for years! Supernatural EP was one of my favs! And the Spooky festival: the haunted house!! Good times :#

    My RL spooky holiday ended today. As I told you before I celebrate every year Día de Muertos: I cooked traditional desserts, I put together my Ofrenda and I remembered my beloved ones that are not here anymore <3

    Years ago I built a restaurant, La Catrina, to celebrate this tradition in my game: you can eat Pan de Muerto and sweet beverages there. The free update for Día de Muertos is one of the best things that happened to me in Sims 4 <3 I wanted that since Sims 2 :p

    Thanks. I’m glad you enjoyed them. And thanks for starting this topic. It was a lot of fun! And yeah. Beware of cow plants. They can be sneaky.
