Also where the sims are located. I believe the kiss cheek animation is from Get Together (because it's a European styled world and the kiss cheek thing is a greeting that Europeans from some countries may do) and mostly happens in Windeburg? It's really rare though, I've seen townies do it to each other but never had it happen to my sim.
