I began WAY back with the original Sims. My brother gave me the game, along with several others, when he set up a computer for me and my son, who is severely autistic. I was teaching special education and thought it the game might be used to teach life skills. My son was not interested, but I was hooked. I played it for several years and even helped create CC for players for a time before I finally broke down and bought the Sims 2. Oh man, was I hooked even more, buying everything for it and I played it for probably 13-15 years. I was so invested in that version of our game, I was NEVER going to upgrade and didn't even look at the 3rd version. About 2 years ago, I think EA offered Sims 4 for free and I thought "what the heck have I got to lose?"  OMG, nearly 2 years later, I have almost everything (minus the last couple of game packs due to the bugs) and I love this game, warts and all. I will stick with it and I will buy the remaining packs, once those pesky bugs are worked out. But I love, love, love this game! And I don't like video games! 🤣

I started playing sims back in the good old sims 1 days but was on a long sims break when sims 4 was launched. When I returned to simming I tried sims 3 but couldn't warm up to it (sims 2 was my favourite) . I didn't want to play sims 4 because it didn't feel complete. The moment I heard toddlers were added to sims 4, I tried it and have been hooked on simming once again. 

I recreated my favourite sim from sims 2 and was excited that I didn't need a cc skin to get the perfect blue tone 

My supersim Callisto is a long term project to complete all aspirations and experience everything this game has to offer. 

Well for the  basegame I liked the update of toddlers and newcrest.

Bowling Night Stuff, Jungle Adventure, Get Famous, and Growing Together are my favorite packs. Also simmers, since I haven't speak to all in a while when I'm still absent from the forums, I just wanna say thanks to y'all for celebrating me of wanting my R&B radio station for The Sims 4!

I dint even know this interaction was also in Sims 4 until this wedding. They are still one of my favorite couples, she's the daughter of a townie one of my Sims got together with (didnt now she existed until they started shacking up). Being evil I sent her after the Landgraab money, but she & Malcom are as evil as each other & soon fell in love. 

No idea what's happening here other than I didn't dress them that way. My sims spend a lot of time being romantic in the bathroom

I got The Sims 4 a couple of months after it had released. Our computer was below the minimum system requirements, but I played it anyway. I got a few months out of it before the computer stopped working. Later I got a laptop, but could only play the game on the lowest settings. I stopped playing in early 2017 because I was too busy. Half way through 2019 I realised it had been a while since I last played. I started playing again and early in 2020 I got Island Living and have had a lot of fun playing as a mermaid family. Later that same year I got a desktop computer and could finally play the game on it's highest settings. The difference was huge, it was almost like I was playing a new game. I have been playing regularly since. My favourite packs are Island Living, Cottage Living, and Horse Ranch.

I started playing the sims 4 at about a month or so after it can out. Don't really take screen shots in game so I really don't remember much from those early days. I do remember spending more time making sims than I did actually playing them though.
