Happy Haunts was wasted!

I'm not even a major occult player, but even I feel that the pack looks disappointing. Maybe my lack of imagination? Can someone tell me what the point of haunted houses would be? A community lot you visit to get a scare? (I hope that we can have community Lots that are haunted.) Or a house you live in that gets annoying because of constant smiley, pop up, round ghostie things?

I'm sure some of you could fill me in with some good ideas...
