Happy sims don't need to smile 100% all the time

Honestly I feel like all the emotions are too over the top, but as a story creator nothing is worse then having to deal with the "constant" joker smile sims walk around with all the time. Forget abou...

The emotions are way too exaggerated for my liking most of the time. I really wish they'd tone this down for most sims, and leave the extreme emotions for sims with traits like hot headed and gloomy.
