Happy sims don't need to smile 100% all the time

Honestly I feel like all the emotions are too over the top, but as a story creator nothing is worse then having to deal with the "constant" joker smile sims walk around with all the time. Forget abou...

The smiling is not nearly as annoying as the every-3-second high-pitched "ha" that some sims have. Penny Pizzazz, I think, is one of those sims that has to be banished or altered.
