Clothing and hair. There are still too many very old-fashioned hair options that are just not usable in my opinion, although with recent packs its gotten better. Also too many similar options, especially regarding the short hair for female. I would really like more realistic hair styles and not so many with braided details! So I usually end up using the same few hairstyles over and over. For clothing I struggle much less, although also here there are just too many options that are over the top or outdated.
