I add a bunch of clutter items, makeup trays, perfumes, colognes, folded clothes, etc. It’s a shame that a bunch of these small clutter items don’t fit on the displays given in the pack, but I make do with what I can display them on.
Basically what this individual has said. The closets and clubs is also a fun idea. You could make a club making the boutique their hangout, not sure if you can set a retail lot as a club hangout in the options, but it would be very interesting to see the club host gatherings there during an open shift.

I have done a little boutique. I use mannequins, but also closets so sims go there to try outfits and customers participate. You can have a fashion club to hang around. You can also sell bottles of perfums, body creams, shirts piles, every items of decoration that goes with the theme.
