Has anyone managed to catch a Royal Sabrefish?

I have a sim who is an angler, and she has a level 10 in the fishing skill. But there is one fish that she has not caught and it is the Royal Sabrefish. Any anyone had any luck in catching this fish...

I got my first one from exploring the cave on mua pel'am, and I just caught my first one using medium sized bait at the fishing sign by the cave. I couldn't catch one "angling for big catch".
