A few days ago I played a Sim with that trait for the first time ( Lily Feng). She just arrived at the art gallery, suddenly a bunch of kids appeared, and she got a biiiig angry moodlet that prohibited her from doing a lot of social interactions. Since others are mentioning a tense moodlet, and maybe it not being too intense, i guess the number of kids makes an impact. Which is great. I can definitely imagine Lily Feng being sent into a rage when around a gaggle of kids.
