I just realized something, I would very much like a lot-trait with all the scary stuff but how about not having it tied to a supernatural? How about just keeping it as a lot-trait with a spooky mood?
This way we can use the spooky feelings and music and fog for vampires or hopefully future werewolves without adding ghosts to the mix. Keep everything in that lot-trait except the ghosts. It could be an ambiance-trait of a deviant nature.
