Have they lowered Jealousy for "Romance" clubs?

I'm asking because back when I tried a romance club last time it ended in jealousy and grumpiness.
But now? My female vampire has summoned all her soon-to-be offspring in a club that mainly goes out, drinks, and have um... fun.
So far she has romance bars up to 50% with almost all of them, but as long as she openly flirts when there's a club meeting, you only get a small "--" thing and no other reacton from the others. And that's a MAYBE, sometimes you don't get a reaction at all.
