- When "Outdoor retreat" came out, I was not a fan of its overall aesthetic. Camping is just not my cup of tea, but the gamepack itself had a great amount of gameplay in it. So I was left wanting for a new vacation type spot. Once Jungle Adventure was announce, it was pretty much a done deal from the get go.
- Not yet.
I bought Outdoor Retreat ages ago - but I have never been to Granite Falls - I've yet to actually send a Sim there - I have never seen the stinking thing.
So, based on that, I doubt I would actually send a Sim on a jungle adventure.
I will have to wait and watch reviews, etc. - A BIG -HUGE YES! Exactly the pack I was hoping it would be!
- Mylita8 years agoSeasoned AceYes, WA was my favorite TS3 pack. I know I will use it and play it, which I really haven't done in quite a while. Currently, I just create sims and decorate their houses... which is not how I like to play. I am eager to see if this brings me back to actually playing the game.
Mylita - I would love to have this pack eventually because you can tell the GP team poured their hearts on it :)

I always wait and watch ACTUAL gameplay footage, not the "ohh amd ahh" over CAS or build/buy. I am very critical of all packs, and this one seems more rpg than sandbox. If I decidd it may be worth my time, I then wait for the pack to go on sale. Never pay full price and never get at launch.
Its funny, the ONLY person that does an actual review now is LGR. If you notice ever since the creators thing came out where EA gives all these people free codes they NEVER do reviews anymore. All their videos say "First Impression" or it will say "Impressions" and if it does say review its never an actual review, but rather a rundown of the items.......Go to Youtube and type Sims 4 Jungle Adventure Review and you won't find one....they are ALL "impressions".
I did manage to find a written review online from one of the latin simming community members and they said that this gamepack wasn't that good. As expected they said that the gameplay was fun for like 2 seconds and once you discover everything its VERY stale. They also said that the world might look big, but its just set dressing and its actually quite small....... - Wrenry8 years agoRising RookieNo I won't be getting it because I don't have the time for it. The pack looks gorgeous but right now I'm splitting what free time I have between getting my Stardew Valley files ready for when that game's update occurs and leveling some alts in another game. Later, hopefully, when I've gotten everything wrapped up and do have the time I'll pick it up. But just not now.
- Yes. Even though I'm not a fan of temple exploration and World Adventures was my least favorite EP for The Sims 3, I really like the new jungle world and also a lot of the new objects, especially the counters (which are my new favorite, despite the lack of an island version), windows, and plants. Also, as a Brazilian, I loved that they added Brazilian foods such as pastel (a deep fried pastry with filling inside), which is very common here.
- Lonewolf10448 years agoSeasoned AceI am getting it because it is adventuring lite and my real intent is to use as an vacation spot.
- Eventually, yes. For one, I wouldn't get any school work done if I get it this week. & 2, I don't want to spend $20. :D
