Have you ever overloaded your game with too much CC and mods?

When I used to play on a laptop I definitely had way too much cc, that I can feel the difference on those rare occasions that I started a save with my mods folder pulled out. I purchased a gaming rig almost a year ago and I hardly have any cc now lol. Which makes no sense as my computer can handle a lot more than the laptop. As far as mods go I never used them until recently and I only have one. I would like to add in mcc but downloading it just confuses me lol.
