I admittedly go overboard with CC (mostly maxis match) and mods (gameplay, lighting, annoyance removal, etc)... currently it's a 30 GB folder including 30+ mods. I upgraded my computer so I wouldn't need to think twice about whether I had room or the computer could handle it. I do take care with what I download by looking for things like frequent updates or a large amount of downloads. I also regularly go through my mods folder to clear out CC I'm not using or remove things that have broken. I always start a vanilla save to play when a new patch is released, so I don't mind waiting a bit for my essential mods to be updated.
