I definitely used the heck out of the fairy costume and made some really cute sims. My main pixie only had the Mischief spells so at spellcaster club gathers she was particularly fun.

That is EXCELLENT! Love that sim. I remember Strangify being in CAS but I didn't ever try anything with it. Now I regret it!
