Um, where do I even start...?
(Fake) Witches and Werewolves
I had witches in my game long before Realm of Magic... well, in a way. They were often, but not always scientists and/or herbalists so they could make potions, had voodoo dolls and Selvadoradian artefacts, strange-looking pets, magic-ish bonus traits and pretty much everything that I thought would be fitting. In the end, they were just fake witches, but convincing enough for me at the time until we got actual witches.
As for the sim who will be a werewolf once we get those, he's similar to my fake witches in that he has traits and habits usually associated with werewolves, without actually being a werewolf, for obvious reasons. His name is Wolfgang, of course (no, not the one from Get Together), and he's a teen living in Brindleton Bay with the rest of his very animal-loving family, his mother Bonnie Bumblebee, adopted sisters Bearnadette and Lady Bug, an arctic fox whose name I can't remember, and at least one small pet.

Asari
When I became a fan of Mass Effect, I decided to incorporate Asari into my sim world. For those who don't know, Asari are a mono-gendered alien species that look like blue or purple women with small tentacles for hair who can live for up to 1,000 years and have supernatural powers such as telekinesis. A genetic disorder causes some Asari to be born as Ardat-Yakshi, a dangerous subspecies that cannot reproduce because they kill their partners during woohoo.
Thanks to a custom hairstyle by a modder called CrazyMammoth and a few cheats, I was able to bring Asari to life in my game:

Here you can see Samara (left), a roughly 800-year-old Asari "cop" if you will, and her daughter Morinth (right), an Ardat-Yakshi, both characters from Mass Effect. They may look like aliens, but they're actually not, at least not from a gameplay perspective; Asari and Ardat-Yakshi are spellcasters and vampires, respectively, who merely look like aliens and have alien powers due to a cheat, in a addition to their regular spellcaster or vampire powers. Ardat-Yakshi are infertile, which is possible thanks to the gender options in CAS, but no, they haven't actually woohooed anyone to death in my game yet. As for the regular Asari's gender options, they always look female, but whether they can impregnate or become pregnant depends on the sex of their partner (if they have one), because Asari in Mass Effect can do both.
I've made up yet another subspecies of Asari, the Sulani-Yakshi, mermaids with alien powers who are born when a regular Asari reproduces with a mermaid. There is only one of them in my game so far, Loreley:

Angels
Yes, I know that our modern romantic depiction of angels as beautiful humans with wings isn't exactly biblical, but that doesn't stop me from imagining them that way in a world I'm creating myself, so here we go. The first sim in game that I envisioned as an angel was... basically a vampire whose dark form I used as the angelic form, with glowing eyes and wings, whereas the human form was the same, but without the obvious supernatural features. The wings I'm using are cc created by a modder called S-Club.

Lately, I've been turning the Lani St. Taz neighbourhood of Sulani into a heavenly angel island populated by even more angels who, unlike the one depicted above, are actually based on biblical and mythological angels (in name and traits only, mind you, not looks). The most powerful of them, Metatron, is a spellcaster with additional alien powers (much like the Asari), but looks like a regular human most of the time (unlike the archangels, who are aliens with human disguises, and their forms look very different from one another). Chilling Adventures of Sabrina inspired me to depict Metatron as a woman.
