Komorebi (steep and downward slopes, probably Avalanche, blizzard)Moonwood Mill (Werewolves)

I finished setting up a new base save last night and have added ranches to:Brindleton Bay Oasis SpringsWindenburg (the Fyres household now have a horse and live on a ranch lol)

Not sure at what point it qualifies as a ranch, but one of my three horse households lives in Pendula View, Willow Creek. It rains quite a bit, but the horse doesn't seem to be bothered as long as there's no lightning and thunder.I have yet to see how a horse behaves in cold and snowy conditions. Yukimatsu, Mt. Komorebi seems like a good place to test that, and a good neighbourhood for horses in general because of the hiking trails that can be used to go riding. I have Japanese versions of the Disney princesses Snow White and Sleeping Beauty living there, so I might as well add a horse to their family now.

I don't have the pack so not yetI've been thinking of these lots/areas for horses• Brindleton Bay (Sable Square)• Tartosa (La Coppia Serena)• Selvadorada (museum lot)• Windenburg (island)• Henford on Bagley (old mill hill)+Moonwood Mill might have one or two animals sprinkled aboutI'm treating all deserts as part of same world so to me Strangerville or Oasis Springs or Del Sol Valley maybe won't have much since you can just go to Chestnut Ridge for italthough i have been thinking I need Gasoline Row for somewhere maybe Del Sol Valley but they keep not giving me motorcycles so they just might have to switch to horses hmph

I definitely plan on ranches in Henford and Brindleton Bay. I already have farms in both that I can add the new items (and horses!) to. Still setting up several games I want to play, so will be a little while. LOL I need more free time to get my games ready!

Yes, got a horse and some minis in Henford on B. on the biggest of the farm lots.
Weather doesnt concern me since I only got snow enabled so....

I am currently playing in Henford on Bagley. My sim moved to Cordelia's secret cottage, made a few little changes to house her horse Sabrina. I love the world, it is perfect for horse rides, I have not had any issues yet and have played it for a while now <3

I will eventually spread out to other worlds, but I am enjoying Chestnut Ridge right now. It is the only Dessert world I have liked. I might be going to Henford next. I still love Willow Creek too, so that or Windenburg will also be on my radar for future builds and families.

Yes, I used the 50x40 lot in Henford on Bagley and have a unicorn/horse, mini goats, sheep and a shed with a nectar maker. I've set up barrel racing and jumps on the lot too. I like that we can put the ranch community board on our lots so I have that too.

I haven't done anything yet, but I can picture building a tri-story home on my favorite small lot in Mt. Komorebi's 6-4-1 Hanamigawa in the future. The first floor would have the entry way and a stall for the horse. The living space would be the two floors above it.
