Having a baby, boy or girl

Is it possible to force a baby girl or a baby boy in the Sims 4? Or is it possible to change the sex by exiting to the main menu until you get what you want?

I had two sims and they were lesbians I wanted to have a baby so I downloaded a mod for gay woohoo and then after they both got pregnant so there not twins but sisters
