Having a baby, boy or girl
Is it possible to force a baby girl or a baby boy in the Sims 4? Or is it possible to change the sex by exiting to the main menu until you get what you want?

That isn't true and has never been in the game as far as I know. Strawberries / pop music for girls, carrots / alternative music for boys. Don't think there is a way to guarantee twins but there is a bug where almost every birth (at least in my game ) are twins.
I read that if both sims are flirty at woohoo, then you get twins. In my game, the Pancakes were flirty and I got twins. Another couple was not flirty, and they only had one kid.
the pancakes always have twins, every ones games the pancakes will have twins
That's interesting! Are there other things set up ahead of time?
