MC Command Center has this, also... and a bunch of other options, via modules. ^^Pregnancy (duh, right? LOL) Other parts are Population, Cleaner, Dresser, and Careers. (Deaderpool added some stuff to Careers in 1.0.7)

Oh, thank you for mentioning them, I downloaded the MC Command Center a couple of weeks ago and haven't really got to play with it in my game, so I didn't know that. I guess I've got work to do! ;)

Soooo late but eat a BUNCH of strawberries to get girls, boys I'm not to sure yet, but to get twins woohoo every trimester.

Boys are carrots and alternative music, girls strawberries and pop music.

ive found out that you should eat lots of strawberrys and do sports to have a girl- its worked for me many times so i hope it helps for you too

I think there's a cheat for saying how many babies you want from the pregnancy (find this on carls-sims-4-guide.com )

And I know eating strawberries frequently boosts chances of a girl but I can't remember for a boy o:)

Listening to pop music and eating strawberries is for girls and eating carrots and listening to alternative music is for boys :smiley:

To have a baby boy: Eat carrots and listen to alternative music on the radio.
To have a baby girl: Eat strawberries and listen to pop music on the radio.
its always worked for me :)

Eating the carrots has given me a boy .. every time..

This gender influence feature have added in May 4 patch. You should take a look at these patch notes.

Apparently listening to Pop gives you a girl, and Alternative gives you a boy, during pregnancy. Also, strawberry for girls and carrots for boys, I think.
