It's too bad this is only on Twitch. Everyone doesn't have high enough internet speed for Twitch.

Most creators have VODs of their previous streams. Go to their Twitch channel, then click the Videos tab to find the archive. Similar to loading a YouTube video though these streams are usually hours long and will take a bit for slower connection to buffer the VOD. A little easier on your connection vs trying to load a live stream.
