Healthy dog keeps throwing up and falling over????

Had this bug too, it appears to happen only when you treat your animal yourself. I transferred my cat in manage worlds to another household, went back to play my household for a few seconds, transferred her back to my household and that seems to have fixed it without losing any progress or relationships.
