The next decision to be made, is do I stick to my old Jayel-1 username, or change back to February11?

I'm recognising fellow sims forum names, but I was never known there as Jayel-1.

It may be good @Jayel-1 to change over to February11. Simmers from the current forums would then be able to recognise your name more on the new forums. 

@rosemow I just tried to do that, and it came up in red writing saying February11 is already registered as my name. *shrugs*

I am sorry that you are having issues changing your name @Jayel-1 There may be another person who is  registered on AHQ with the February11 name.

That may mean @Jayel-1 that on the Sims forums your name is February11 but your EA/AHQ id is Jayel-1. 
If they said that February11 was already registered when you tried to alter your name, it probably means that someone else has that name as their EA/AHQ id. That person may not be a simmer, but someone else who has an EA account.

It would be good to add “also known as February11” to your posts until simmers got used to your name @Jayel-1
