Same! I love this Expansion Pack and love the world so much!

So glad you are still here with all of us! I have been playing since February 5, 2000, so yes, almost day one myself, hahaha! I was on a five-year hiatus from October 2020 to December 2025, when my old gaming laptop died, and I had other life happenings going on, like graduating from college, moving abroad, working on my career, and starting a family. 

Nowadays, it feels so good to be able to play once again, despite my limited free time. The Sims will always be a part of my life in one way or another. There is no other game that makes me feel so creative and always eager to try something new. Much love to all Simmers here and, as always, happy Simming! 💞

Thank you so much for replying! Indeed, no matter how many years have passed or will pass, our love for The Sims has remained and continues to remain the same! I didn't play any of The Sims games for five years, yet when I downloaded the EA App on my new computer, it felt like no time had passed at all! 

Welcome back to the sims! Your story sounds so similar to me, long time until I could get a new computer and missed simming for several years! Tartosa is a beautiful world! Happy Simming!

You would have been excited  to start playing again when you got your new laptop! It was very nice that you still kept thinking about The Sims whilst not playing.
It is lovely that play with generations of families that are related. You would enjoy watching the sims going through the various age stages in their lives, and see how they are like or differ from previous generations in their family 💗
Tartosa is a very lovely world! ❤️It is very peaceful and picturesque. 
Seasons is a great pack! It is nice that our sims can enjoy experiencing the different types of weather through the days, and have fun doing seasonal activities,

Hello, everyone! 

I have been a hardcore Simmer since February 5, 2000! Yes, literally a day after The Sims game was released; I saw it in a store advertisement and decided to buy it, and I have been hooked ever since. Small detail: I played on a friend's and cousin's PCs until 2002, when my parents bought a PC for my family. I played pretty much non-stop from then until October 2020, when my old gaming laptop died, and I couldn't buy a new one until December 2025, when my Sims love picked up its pace one more time. During the years that I was absent, I was always thinking about The Sims and missing playing the game, but too many changes were happening in real life, and I found myself casually playing some mobile games, though none of them could compare to The Sims.

I am not a builder in The Sims; I spend almost all of my game time in CAS Mode and then create generations of Sim families with interwoven stories that I love to narrate to anyone who could listen. My favourite Sims world is probably Tartosa; I love the aesthetics of this world so much. Finally, my favourite Sims 4 Pack is Seasons; I just can't play without it in any Sims series.

You would have many special and happy memories of fun and happy times that you have spent simming in the different versions over the years ❤️It was lovely that you enjoyed creating items for Sims 1 and 2, and are now focused more on playing the game.

Hello everyone. I've been simming almost since day one back in 2000.
I early on became one of the first SimMasters at the very first BBS, as the forums were called back then.

A little later on I teamed up with Jerry at Killersims and learned to use the Transmogrifier and started creating for mainly Sims 1.
Then I teamed up with Secret Sim and we started the SimGoddesses website together were we created for Sims 2 and I learned to use a 3D program.

Well, there's more, but long story short, I gave up on creating and focused on playing and on my health. I've been through it all with this game in both thick and thin and today I'm a retired old lady who only plays the game for my own enjoyment.
