I use the mod myself, @Ellary...found it really annoying how often people don't change out of the cold weather outfit once they come inside. For me, it seems to happen most often when I load the game up, sims that were inside when I saved wearing everyday outfits are suddenly in cold weather outfits instead when I load...even though they are inside.
There is a downside to the mod though. If you use some of the cold weather slots to have nice sweater or sweatshirt outfits that are decent for indoor wear...the sims won't stay in them when indoors. For me, because I use the mod, that means I'm editing my other outfit categories regularly as the seasons change seeing as I cannot use the cold/hot weather categories for indoor-use outfits.
