[HELP] Away actions not available
Ever since I installed Island Living, I have this bug in my game where whenever I have a sim at a different lot than the rest of the household, there are no options to take care of the greyed-out sims, bring them here, hone some skills or anything. There’s only the sim’s portrait with no icon in the top-right corner like there should be. It’s frustrating because when I return home with a sim from a different lot, everyone is about to pass out, die of hunger, or have an accident.
I looked around on the internet for suggestions or similar problems but found no official answer; the one forum I found was from the 2015 or so.
I have repaired my game several times and moved the family out and back in to no avail. SOS!
Edit: It seems too that when my sims are away at work/school, they don’t use the bathroom as needed or eat lunch around that time. The needs bars just keep falling and they return home very unhappy.
