[help] I can't get refund :(

I'm Korean, and my first language is not English.. My English can't be perfect,  and there will be something wrong and awkward... If I said something rude, I want to say really sorry.

I bought same DLC (Horse rench) twice accidentally, and I want to request a refund.

I looked around EA site and there was a refund tool. But there wasn't what I recently purchased.

So I contacted EA help five times already, but no one sent me an email.

The site says me "an advisor will send me an email soon" but there wasn't any. I checked my email, trash tab, spam..... 

The EA help just show this screen repeatedly

Please help me... :(

I don't know what I can do
