Thanks for the tips, guys. Ambriosa and resetting my sim didn't work and I don't have the wishing well but I somehow managed to get her into CAS (cas.fulleditmode), add a new sim into the household and then delete my ghost sim. She's wiped from the world, not even present in the family tree of her relatives - but at least I don't have to play her forever.
