I wouldn't rely on the in-game "genetics" for offspring. Gets really weird sometimes. I often go into full edit and change it a bit.
However, it is really cool to recreate a simulated real person. I would like it if someone could do that. I've tried and not happy with even my "sim-me".
So if anyone is really skilled at that please pm me. I'll send some real photos. B)
