If you're looking to create a look in CAS, for a male Sim you could try making him lean and his shoulders on the narrow side. I do believe the mod MCCC (Master Controller Command Center) by Deaderpool, you can set it up to allow a Teen to hold a full-time job. I think there is a way to even be able to send a Teen to Uni.
