All my roommates keep moving out. I built a brand new house, installed everything any sim could ever want, right down to a skating rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, tv's, radios, bookcases hampers, laundry facilities, at least 10 full bathrooms (an ensuite in every bedroom plus full ones for the main part of each floor of the house), most comfortable beds and couches, chess, game, easel, arcade, a photography studio, telescope, microscope, craft room, a music room with every instrument, I made sure no matter what skill a sim wanted they could find everything in the house, and I even hired a butler to ensure everything was kept clean and fixed and yet they still all complain and move out. Pointless to get a roommate, better to ask them to move in and send them off to work and use the money they earn as rent.
