HELP ~Saving a room assistance~

Question

Hello, not sure if this is the proper category.

When I save a single room to my library, then place the room by itself on a separate lot, it defaults back to short walls (therefore deleting windows and objects on walls above wall height.)
Its not saving the original wall height.

Has anyone had this problem and if so, can anyone assist me on a fix or if I'm doing anything wrong? Please Help!

It's the same as if you copy a room on one floor, then past it to another floor. The room goes with what the floor wall height is set at. It's default is small, so change it to medium or high first if that's what height the room is supposed to be.

For example floor 1 is set at medium. You save or copy a room to paste on floor 2. Set floor 2 to medium wall height first.

Thank you...It worked with placing the wall, adjusting the wall height, THEN placing the room from my library. Just a little frustrating anybody downloading it off the gallery are all supposed to know this ?
