Help! Toddler Stuck on Stair Landing. Father Also Can't Get to Her!

One of my Toddlers is stuck on the stair landing. She can't move, and it's so funny to see her do what the older Sims do, wave her arms and complain that something is blocking her path. I sent her father to 'rescue' her, but he is also complaining, although I was able to get him to the base of the stairs. Yet, despite this invisible obstacle, I can't help the Toddler. I tried to debug her, but that didn't do it. I can try to take them off the lot, but it's 3AM. I suppose, to be on the safe side I can just cheat up any needs she has until the sun comes up, then take them off the lot.

Is there any other, or better way out of this problem?

    Remove the stairs and replace them after todd is out?

    And what does it matter if it is 3am? just fast visit to any random lot and then right back? :)

    Can you teleport her somewhere else by shift clicking where you want her to be?

    That would be far easier than removing and replacing that staircase! It's a winder staircase bends into the landing and four steps at the bottom.

    ETA. I know time isn't really relevant in the game. Except when your Sim needs to get down to the Starlight Accolades Show. The dark screens make it really hard for me to see. I just had the Dad take her next door to her uncle's house. Her aunt and cousin were outside as if waiting for them. Popped them back over to their own place without interaction. Yay. Her older Toddler brother was able to take those same stairs without mishap. Thanks again for the nudge.

    Hehe, well glad they had someone waiting for them :) Maybe they lit the porch lights? :smiley:
    Anyway, glad you got the todd out of her trap :)
