What do you mean by glitching?
If you mean that the eyelashes have some kind of "texture" on them where it should be wispy, it could be the clothing item you are wearing. If it is CC clothing the creator could have accidentally put the clothing texture up too far and it is bleeding into the area where the eyeglasses go.
Here's a template of where all CAS parts need to go on the UV Map.

It could also be a certain makeup or skin detail you're currently wearing.
