My sim is in a household of three sims. Her husband and daughter have no problem aging. But my sim doesn't age. Since I started playing her, she has 20 days to become an adult. The lifespan is normal. Her daughter is going to be a child in four days and her husband just became an elder.She is stuck , having 20 days to age.What can I do to resolve this issue?.

You could always turn on cas.fulleditmode and age her up in CAS.

I did. The option to blow the candles out is greyed out. I can try again.

You could always turn on cas.fulleditmode and age her up in CAS.

What tooltip did you get? Is your Sim a vampire? Did you place your cake properly on the table/counter? How can you have a toddler age up without putting any candles in the first place? Did someone already take a piece?

My sim isn't a vampire. The cake is placed properly on the counter. The other household members get the option to add birthday candles and blow them out. No one took a piece.
This particular sim does not get either option.

Have you tried repairing your game through Origin?

It sounds like you will need to age her up manually in CAS. Make sure you enable Testingcheats on, then, CAS.fulleditmode.
