My sim is in a household of three sims. Her husband and daughter have no problem aging. But my sim doesn't age. Since I started playing her, she has 20 days to become an adult. The lifespan is normal....

What tooltip did you get? Is your Sim a vampire? Did you place your cake properly on the table/counter? How can you have a toddler age up without putting any candles in the first place? Did someone already take a piece?
My sim isn't a vampire. The cake is placed properly on the counter. The other household members get the option to add birthday candles and blow them out. No one took a piece.
This particular sim does not get either option.
