@CK213 What a marvelous undertaking! I believe I am aware of which mod allows for the addition of Sims to a household. There is also a way to access CAS through that very same mod, if it's the one I'm thinking of. You just can't drag the entire household all at once into CAS. But you can change their hair and wardrobe individually. And saving the game is problematic, too, so I haven't used the adding of more Sims in quite some time.
