Henford-on-Bagley is a new ridiculously small world again

I would have preferred more lots, but am okay with the size, especially since it is supposed to be a village. What’s more important to me is how vast the neighbourhood is to make it feel bigger. Is it like Windenburg, quite a lot of navigatable space between lots? They said there is a forrest for example.
To me that’s more important! How open does it feel? Then again, I am not a builder, so that might be why
