It depends on the size of the lots. None of them should be 20 × 20 of even 30× 20 imo. They all need to be 40 × 30 and above so we can actually have land to grow.
I'm OK with a few of the ones in the central village area being smaller. A pub, plus I'll probably add a couple of other community lots there too. Those ones are fine being smaller and make sense.
The ones in the countryside area being small makes no sense though. They mentioned an area with all the large lots. So if there is a large lot area, probably a central village area by the green too. I'm curious to see what the third area is though.
I like the idea of a varied world. I'm not planning to run 10 farms in Henford. I will use some of the farm stuff in other worlds such as Brindleton Bay and Willow Creek. I'll need to make a plan on who shall produce what, as I have on the most common vegetable species. My sims buy "farming rights" allowing them to deliver larger amounts of a specific produce to "the community". Others can still produce anything for their own consume. Besides, I imagine my region will need more milk and eggs than llama wool, meaning more farmers should have cows and chicken than llamas. I love this kind of planning, but I prefer spreading it to several worlds (districts), so I'll be fine with one typical farming hood within Henford. There should be rom for small households there, too, not focusing on farming.
