My reaction was the opposite. Twelve lots seems like a good number to me. Three neighborhoods, four lots each, that's more than enough for my own personal gameplay. I also like playing on smaller lots, so while I've gathered there are some bigger lots in the game including a 64x64, I'm still hoping there are a few smaller lots so that I can have that tiny, cozy cottage feel. Not every lot necessarily needs to be able to fit animals and wide gardens. I imagine that more should be bigger than shouldn't, since that's basically the point of the pack, but if one or two lots are super small so that I can make a Tiny Home sized cottage (so my old laptop can not die trying to run the game), that would be perfect for me.
