Just seems the standard is 10-14 now whether you are okay with that or not. It doesn’t bother me at all but I can see it being annoying for others. Plus sim guru romeo not only said there was a 64x64 lot he also mentioned it was in the country neighborhood with the larger lots so hopefully some 50x50 lots too. Farms need big lots lol.
