Hey Maxis. This is how you should respond to the community

I don't think the hate towards EA is unjustified. It's not as if people just hate them for no reason. But I think you are also being too quick to judge and assume what people's response would be. Everytime Maxis/EA has been sincere about something they do get praised for it be several simmers. They have gotten praise for being more transparent over the last few months, even on this forum right here.

It's easy too dismiss people's dislike towards EA as "trolling, being toxic, attention-seeking etc." but this is just judging a book by its cover. I'm sure anyone who is wondering why EA is getting hate could do some research to find the answer. People with criticism for EA have valid arguements to bring to the table yet are being dismissed as "haters". This is failed communication at its best.
