@SamDenny Most people want more customer-friendly practices from EA and if they are ever caught in the act of not customer-friendly practices to actually recognize their fault and show some honesty instead of flat-out lying or trying to dismiss the customer in order to get away with it. Again, tons of videos online about EA and why they are disliked internationally. (btw, they have been sued several times and been in court against their own employees and customers, yet say they don't understand the hate)
