Hey Maxis. This is how you should respond to the community

@Pamtastic72 If you don't understand people's dissatisfaction with EA then you can always try to understand their side of things by watching a video or two from the people who have criticism and listen to their arguements.
I think dismissing people's opinion by saying "complaining is their hobby, this is why they are bitter" is missing the point. Really if you go on YouTube and search EA, you will see what people are talking about.

Nobody is asking you to change your opinion about this topic but you can always take a step forward to try to see where others are coming from instead of calling them "part-time haters"

An already great point was made about the developers of Cyberpunk 2077 and how they are handling backlash a lot better than EA and I personally have tons of other examples of other companies who did a similar thing.
