Bonus: traits.equip_trait MeltMaster will let you summon grilled cheese.
MeltMaster is obtained as part of the secret grilled cheese aspiration, that I presume you didn't know about. Just eat 3 grilled cheese in a row to unlock the aspiration and get started.
