High school diploma

So, I'm playing the Aliens stole my parents scenario. Just finished it. My teen sim aged up to Young adult, and got his Diploma. Now, it will arrive in the mail, and added to the household inventory. When he moves out of his parents house, can he take his diploma with him? His awards for silver/gold prom events will also be left behind?

    I have done the room-saving many times, especially when I want to clean up my saves and move sims with their houses to other saves. Doesn't help very long, I'm afraid. My mind isn't what it used to be, I keep forgetting things I know very well :#

    Ahh yes, the lives and deaths of Eric Cantrell :) That boy's been through a lot, for sure! I'm afraid I don't have your dedication to your sims, I have way too many different saves, with way too many sims/families. I do have some favourites, and I get attatched more to some sims than others. Legacy play isn't something I really do, I think I only have one and I've not gotten further than generation 5. Or 4, its been a while.
