I actually feel a little stressed for having to pick a subject. :D
Here's my personal truth:
Free Time. (I'd do lots of art in my free time but I never liked it as a highschool subject. ) Sometimes I'd replace a school day - which would have been typically dedicated to Maths, Science, Social Studies and every other terrifying subject- with the Free Time subject so I could visit a nearby town or city. My teachers would call that "Playing Hooky" or "Irresponsible", I'd like to think of it as "Taking Initiative to Finding My Own Way in the World". I turned out okay-ish. No, I don't have kids. I'd never let them get away with such wayward behavior.
Speaker. Make that plural. In fact, I require an entire PA system +amps & instruments. If we're going to do this at all, we're going to do this my way.
Protein Shake. I picked that because I genuinly do not know what most of the other things are.
- Sure I know what grilled cheese is but don't tell me folks eat that on its own? Like a handful of grilled cheese? It's on a toastie yes? Like in the game? Anyway grilled cheese is too fatty for my gorgeous and sensitive skin, so it's a no.
-I also know what a hamburger is but I do not know what hamburger sliders are. That's the most foreign thing I've heard today and I exist in the Anglosphere.
-Fried Chicken Sliders....ditto. It sounds like an extremely complicated way of eating fried chicken. Does one slide the chicken pieces into the oral cavity via some sort of device?
-Corndogs, are they like hotdogs but instead of a sausage it's a corn, as in a corn on the cob stuffed in a finger roll? Or is it a corn sausage?
-I know what a veggie pizza is but never heard of a "roll-up". It sounds like rolled up sleeves made out of veggie pizza. The only way to eat it is by lifting your arm and biting the pizza off your sleeve.
-I assume an Acai bowl is a bowl filled with acai berries? That doesn't sound very exciting. Or is this something else entirely? I had the berries in a smoothie a couple of times and that's nice.
-Last but not least: Bubble tea... The first time I heard about bubble tea was on twitter after the release of the HSY trailer. Which was last week. I've never, ever seen, touched or tasted bubble tea - however- if it's the equivalent of fizzy tea then I know what we're talking about. Like sparkling Lipton Tea, as in carbonated iced tea. That's bubbly tea by definition.
I purposely avoid googling these things because the results are usually rather disappointing. Maybe attending foreign language classes would have helped me back in the days so I'd know more about hamburger sliders and the likes. :D
