I'm seriously about done with this game. I have been round and round with EA support answering the same question at least 6 times now. One person says they will fix the issue if I give them the info. I give them the info they want then the next one has no idea whats going says we know its issue just wait. It's been nearly a month. How long am I supposed to wait exactly? Then another says go to live chat for a fix and gives me a link that only has an email option. I am beyond sick of this now. I had this same issue with Cottage Living but at least they fixed it without all this BS. I have purchased EVERY sims pack since the sims 2 and I have to go through this much nonsense to get what amounts to a couple of dollars worth of bonus content? It has soured me on the entire game to be honest.
