Hills & Walkout basements
Who misses houses you could build on hills and be able to build walkout basements? You could really manipulate the ground too and create an interesting as well as beautiful yard.

True, but sometimes the ground level didn't match where I wanted to put the house. That was the problem I had with some of these.
